Doing Business With Creative Misfits

Professional Licensing — Unmanned Aircraft Operations

Creative Misfits provides commercial drone videography and photography services. All drone operations are conducted under a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, held by our team, in compliance with applicable FAA regulations governing small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS).

Drone operations are conducted in accordance with FAA airspace authorizations and restrictions, and we do not operate in restricted airspace without proper authorization. Clients engaging our drone services may request confirmation of current certification status.

Advertising Platform Disclosures

Creative Misfits manages paid advertising campaigns on behalf of clients across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and programmatic advertising networks. In connection with these services:
